At TheCarbonForge, your satisfaction matters. If you're not happy with your purchase, we offer a 15-day return or exchange window from the date of delivery.

Please note the following terms:

All returns and exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Custom builds are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Items must be returned in original, unworn condition with no damage, alterations, or signs of wear.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and safe packaging.

Refunds will be issued at the seller’s discretion after the item is inspected.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
