Welcome to TheCarbonForge. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

1. Handmade Craftsmanship

All rings are handcrafted using premium materials. Each piece is unique. Slight variations in texture, color, or pattern are normal and part of the handmade process.

2. Order Processing & Shipping

Production times vary based on design and order volume. Estimated processing times are listed on each product page.

Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

3. Custom Orders

Custom builds are final sale and non-refundable. Please double-check your size, design choices, and shipping info before submitting.

4. Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery, excluding custom builds.

A 20% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns. Items must be in original, unworn condition. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. Refunds are issued at our discretion after inspection.

5. Ring Sizing

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure correct sizing. We recommend getting professionally sized before placing your order.

Resizing is not always possible depending on materials. If it is, additional fees may apply.

6. Warranty

Our rings are built to last, but they are not indestructible. Rings damaged due to misuse, impact, or exposure to harsh chemicals are not covered.

Please contact us if you believe there’s a workmanship defect.

7. Intellectual Property

All product designs, photos, and content on this site are the property of TheCarbonForge. Do not reproduce or use without permission.

8. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service at our discretion.
